Project Manager - BL Safety & Security Solutions

Responsibilities

• ▹Monitor project schedule, progress, quality, and margin
• ▹Manage contracts: track scope and commercially and qualitatively capture opportunities for additional or reduced work
• ▹Act as a strong counterpart for contractors and end clients, ensuring contractual agreements are honored professionally on both sides
• ▹Ensure seamless collaboration between engineering and execution
• ▹Stay composed during unexpected developments and guide complex escalations to a structured resolution with a calm, decisive hand
• ▹Prevent problems before they arise

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree (technical or business-oriented)
• ▹IPMA-D certified, with IPMA-C within reach (or a clear ambition to obtain it soon)
• ▹Demonstrable experience in project and contract management within a technical project environment (experience in the Dutch infrastructure sector or with UAV-GC contracts is a strong plus)
• ▹Strong commercial and financial insight (KPIs, budgets, margins)
• ▹Native-level (C2) Dutch is required for this role
