Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain business objects – data models, backend logic, APIs – for backend systems related to mobile network infrastructure, up to the API layer
• ▹Collaborate primarily with internal stakeholders, while considering requirements related to external partners
• ▹Implement features, refine components, test, and maintain documentation
• ▹As team lead, guide the team's technical direction, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with project goals
• ▹Support team performance through mentoring, coordination and fostering efficient, agile development practices

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience in agile development methodologies and practices
• ▹Proven expertise in API integration and design
• ▹Strong background in back-end development
• ▹High proficiency in Python programming
• ▹Demonstrated experience with data modelling and database design
• ▹Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers
• ▹Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of mobile network infrastructure or the telecommunications domain
• ▹Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems and CI/CD practices
• ▹Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies
• ▹Understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
• ▹Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
