Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer (EST or PST)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers
• ▹Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations
• ▹Provide expert guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies
• ▹Partner with Account Executives to navigate technical objections and accelerate the sales cycle
• ▹Create technical content including implementation guides and reference architectures
• ▹Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge
• ▹Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• ▹Strong software engineering background with professional experience in at least one modern language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• ▹Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technical sales cycles
• ▹Experience building and demonstrating proof-of-concepts to diverse audiences
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication translating technical concepts for both audiences

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with speech recognition, NLP, AI/Voice agents, or related AI technologies
• ▹Experience building customer-facing demos and sample code
• ▹Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Experience with API-first products and developer tools
• ▹Background in sales methodologies (Triangle, MEDDIC, Solution Selling)
