iShift Key User Network Facilitator

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive strategic relationships with stakeholders across functions, Retain activities and Hub operations
• ▹Orchestrate and coordinate the Key User network across the organization, enhancing collaboration and knowledge sharing
• ▹Proactively identify solutions within the KU community and route them to appropriate resources before ticket escalation
• ▹Build and nurture the Key User backoffice community as a center of excellence, leading communication and engagement initiatives and events
• ▹Participate in governance structures for Retain activities and Hub operations
• ▹Support Key Users through onboarding and offboarding, identifying future KU talent
• ▹Identify best practices and improvement opportunities, implementing solutions with the Continuous Improvement role
• ▹Organize and facilitate community events such as iShift days
• ▹Oversee L1 support delivery to Key Users
• ▹Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for RT and BVP processes
• ▹Lead high-impact ad-hoc projects, meeting goals within timelines and budgets
• ▹Manage Application Management Services (AMS) SLAs, monitor performance, and facilitate knowledge transfer between project teams and AMS
• ▹Investigate SAP AI solutions for potential implementation at Sanofi with key stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large enterprise environment
• ▹Strong understanding of SAP systems and Key User support processes
• ▹Fluency in English
• ▹Excellent leadership and team management skills
• ▹Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• ▹Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• ▹Experience in project management and community engagement
• ▹Knowledge of AI and its applications in enterprise systems
