Product Manager - Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• ▹Talk to customers across the spectrum, from indie developers to enterprises
• ▹Surface real blockers and bring them into the roadmap
• ▹Own the problem statement and requirements behind every platform bet
• ▹Decide what gets built, deferred, or cut each quarter
• ▹Define success metrics for every launch and track them afterward
• ▹Keep engineering, design, and leadership aligned; surface dependencies early

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of product management experience on developer tools, or an ex-founder with strong product instincts
• ▹Technical enough to read architecture docs and follow design discussions
• ▹Experience shipping cloud infrastructure as a product (compute, networking, storage, or multi-region/multi-tenant systems)
• ▹Understands the tradeoffs of instance sizing, disk economics, scale-to-zero vs. always-on, single- vs. multi-tenant
• ▹Biased toward speed — ships and learns rather than over-refining specs
• ▹Runs real workloads on the products they own
• ▹Uses AI tools to move faster
• ▹Works async by default, decides in writing

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with how enterprises buy infrastructure (PrivateLink, BYOC, procurement)
