Responsibilities

• ▹Transition from a monolithic architecture to modern microservices to remove delivery bottlenecks
• ▹Build and operate services in a production cloud environment using C#, .NET Core, and AWS
• ▹Resolve complex legacy problems and database scalability challenges, modernizing service interfaces and APIs
• ▹Automate manual processes and apply test-driven and trunk-based development practices

Requirements

• ▹Backend development experience with one or more languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or Go
• ▹Solid understanding of distributed systems: service-to-service communication, eventual consistency, resilience patterns
• ▹Practical experience with relational databases where transactional integrity and ACID principles matter
• ▹Working knowledge of modern DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Interest in using modern AI tools to enhance personal productivity
• ▹Strong communication and collaboration skills, managing internal stakeholders
