Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Modernize architectures and improve CI/CD maturity to reduce operational risk
• ▹Embed AI-native engineering workflows across the SDLC to boost velocity and reduce toil
• ▹Refine system design and architecture for high-scale, high-availability distributed systems
• ▹Drive visibility into system health and technical debt to enable proactive improvements

Requirements

• ▹Extensive professional software engineering experience with proven technical maturity delivering complex systems
• ▹Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and performance-managing engineers
• ▹Proven track record translating business goals into executable engineering plans
• ▹Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production code
• ▹Experience building and supporting high-scale, high-availability distributed systems, including leading incident response
• ▹Experience leading teams in adopting AI-native engineering workflows
