Senior Product Manager – Platform Services

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the product area
• ▹Understand current and future customer and user needs through qualitative and quantitative techniques
• ▹Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and business cases
• ▹Engage with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers using modern agile processes
• ▹Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success for successful launches
• ▹Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together
• ▹Participate in industry events and lead customer- and partner-facing engagements as a product expert

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
• ▹5+ years of software product management experience, including building platform services or shared APIs
• ▹Strong technical foundation in APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration
• ▹Proven track record managing products and innovation
• ▹Fluency with modern AI tools (e.g. Claude) to bring efficiency to day-to-day product work
• ▹Strong written and oral communication skills
• ▹Solid understanding of Agile practices
• ▹Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working in healthcare technology
• ▹Familiarity with Design Thinking
