Senior Product Manager – Platform Services

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas, aligned with company strategy
• ▹Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points
• ▹Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and a compelling business case
• ▹Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers and other product managers using agile processes and Design Thinking
• ▹Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches
• ▹Participate in industry events and lead customer/partner-facing engagements as a product expert

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
• ▹5+ years of software product management experience, including building platform services or developer-facing APIs
• ▹Strong technical foundation in APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration
• ▹Proven track record of managing products and driving innovation
• ▹Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• ▹Solid understanding of Agile practices
• ▹Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in healthcare technology
• ▹Familiarity with Design Thinking
• ▹Fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude in daily product work
