Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and maintain high-performance, reliable software components used in research and trading platforms
• ▹Develop data processing pipelines and distributed systems that operate at scale
• ▹Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• ▹Contribute to code reviews, testing, monitoring and continuous improvement of systems
• ▹Proactively seek opportunities to improve performance, reliability and developer productivity

Requirements

• ▹Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) with strong academic performance
• ▹Strong programming skills in one or more object-oriented languages (e.g. C++, Python)
• ▹Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• ▹Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
• ▹Evidence of high achievement (academic awards, Olympiads, notable projects)
• ▹A mature, thoughtful working style, able to thrive in a team-oriented culture
• ▹Self-motivation and initiative

• ▹Interest in finance, quantitative trading or financial data
