Director, GTM Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and execute the vision for the GTM intelligence infrastructure
• ▹Translate CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial data into curated insight products, dashboards, briefings, and AI-generated summaries
• ▹Own deployment and organizational change management for the AI agent platform across GTM
• ▹Serve as a senior thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders
• ▹Represent the intelligence function in executive forums, including board prep and QBRs
• ▹Build and lead a high-performing GTM Engineering team

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or GTM operations
• ▹Proven, hands-on experience implementing AI and LLM-based tools in a business context
• ▹Track record of translating data into decisions, not just dashboards
• ▹Cross-functional credibility with VP- and C-suite stakeholders
• ▹Experience building and developing teams, including analysts or technical contributors
• ▹Comfort operating in greenfield, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• ▹Experience deploying AI agents at an organizational level
• ▹Familiarity with modern GTM data stacks (Salesforce, Snowflake, dbt, Looker)
• ▹Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or security company
• ▹Exposure to enterprise sales motion and revenue forecasting
