Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Operations to inform product strategy and prioritization
• ▹Develop metrics, data models and analytical frameworks to better understand customer behaviour and business performance
• ▹Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, growth, retention and operational efficiency through data
• ▹Translate complex business questions into clear recommendations and actionable insights
• ▹Proactively surface trends, risks and opportunities that focus the team on the highest-impact work
• ▹Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to improve the quality and scalability of data foundations

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, experimentation or a related field
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using SQL and Python
• ▹Ability to influence product or business decisions through data and clear communication
• ▹Strong product thinking and ability to connect customer behaviour to business outcomes
• ▹Comfort working cross-functionally and building strong relationships

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with experimentation and causal inference methods
• ▹Exposure to DBT or modern data modelling tooling
• ▹Knowledge of fintech, investing or crypto products
• ▹Experience using AI tools to improve analysis and communication
