Intern – Observability & Analytics (Mandatory Internship)

Responsibilities

• ▹Support analysis of existing monitoring and observability concepts
• ▹Help identify relevant AI approaches for anomaly detection, event correlation, and root-cause analysis
• ▹Contribute to a prototype or dashboard that visualizes AI results as a decision-support tool
• ▹Produce analyses of monitoring landscapes and derive improvement suggestions
• ▹Create documentation, guidelines, and templates for recurring tasks

Requirements

• ▹Currently enrolled in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field
• ▹Very good English (project language); German helpful but not required
• ▹Interest in monitoring, observability, cloud environments, and modern IT operations architecture
• ▹Analytical thinking and a structured way of working

Nice to have

• ▹Understanding of IT service processes (e.g. event, incident, problem management)
