(Senior) Process Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and integrate robust, scalable wafer fabrication flows
• ▹Drive end-to-end process development from concept to stable high-volume manufacturing
• ▹Ensure manufacturability and industrial readiness aligned with production, quality and automotive qualification
• ▹Optimize and balance process performance (yield, cost, quality, robustness)
• ▹Act as key technical interface between development and production
• ▹Benchmark competitor technologies and derive actionable insights

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics or related field
• ▹Several years of relevant experience in semiconductor process development preferred
• ▹Solid understanding of semiconductor devices and industrial wafer fabrication, preferably discrete power devices
• ▹Hands-on experience in wafer processing and related equipment
• ▹Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving
• ▹Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams
• ▹Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
