(Senior) Process Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and integrate robust, scalable wafer fabrication flows
• ▹Own end-to-end process development from concept to stable high-volume manufacturing
• ▹Ensure manufacturability and automotive-qualified production readiness
• ▹Optimize process performance (yield, cost, quality, robustness)
• ▹Act as key technical interface between development and production
• ▹Benchmark competitor technologies and derive actionable insights

Requirements

• ▹Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics or related field
• ▹Several years of experience in semiconductor process development
• ▹Solid understanding of semiconductor devices and industrial wafer fabrication processes
• ▹Hands-on experience in wafer processing and related equipment
• ▹Strong analytical skills, structured and result-oriented problem solving
• ▹Fluent in English and German

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with discrete power devices
