Software Tester (Banking Software)

Responsibilities

• ▹Create, maintain, and further develop test cases based on user stories and test concepts
• ▹Expand and optimize the test strategy
• ▹Contribute to an agile development team building banking software applications
• ▹Execute and oversee manual and automated test cases
• ▹Perform on-site acceptance tests at customer locations
• ▹Produce detailed defect and test documentation
• ▹Communicate in a solution-oriented way with business analysts, developers, and customers

Requirements

• ▹Training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann) or several years of banking experience
• ▹Very good written and spoken German
• ▹Willingness to travel for on-site customer appointments

Nice to have

• ▹Initial professional or project experience as a software tester or in test automation
• ▹ISTQB certification
• ▹Familiarity with standard test tools (e.g. aqua)
