IT / Digitalization Project Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and manage IT and digitalization projects (e.g. ERP, web platform, automation projects)
• ▹Outline, analyze, and optimize business processes
• ▹Coordinate internal departments, external providers, and software partners
• ▹Project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and status reporting
• ▹Support rollouts, tests, training, and change management processes

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Business Administration, Digital Business Management, Business Informatics, or similar
• ▹At least 5 years of experience managing and implementing IT projects
• ▹Experience in a mid-size manufacturing environment
• ▹Practical experience with ERP, PLM, PIM, or web platform projects
• ▹Very good German and English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or Product Owner)
