Scrum Master / Agile Coach (TeamMaster)

Responsibilities

• ▹Run and moderate Scrum events (sprint planning, review, retrospective, refinement)
• ▹Support developers and Product Owners within a heavily scaled framework
• ▹Focus on team development and fostering a positive team spirit
• ▹Apply agile methods and principles, support the organization's agile transformation
• ▹Own the OKR framework and its implementation across teams
• ▹Design and implement organizational change processes

Requirements

• ▹Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (any field)
• ▹Agile mindset and experience with Scrum or other agile development methods
• ▹Proactive, team-oriented work style in the spirit of servant leadership
• ▹Strong communication and facilitation skills
• ▹Enjoyment of close collaboration with people in a modern tech environment

Nice to have

• ▹Initial experience in the automotive/IT environment
• ▹Agile certification
• ▹Fluent English
