Responsibilities

• ▹Digitalize and automate business processes, especially in controlling
• ▹Further develop the Modern Workplace based on Microsoft 365 and Power Automate
• ▹Enhance the JobRouter workflow system
• ▹Develop an AI strategy
• ▹Plan, manage, and implement IT and digitalization projects
• ▹Manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security systems) both on-prem and in Azure

Requirements

• ▹Degree in business, IT, or process-oriented studies, or comparable qualification
• ▹Early to mid-level experience in project management, ideally in IT or digitalization projects
• ▹Very good German and good English skills
• ▹Basic understanding of IT systems, data structures, and interfaces

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and JobRouter
