IT Project Manager / PMO Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Take overall responsibility for IT projects and programs (scope, time, budget, quality)
• ▹Build and manage PMO structures at the client (reporting, governance, escalation management)
• ▹Lead interdisciplinary project teams, both internal and external
• ▹Communicate with stakeholders at C-level as well as with business departments and IT
• ▹Manage risks and proactively track issues
• ▹Steer IT transformations, ERP implementations, and digitalization projects
• ▹Prepare project plans, status reports, and decision papers

Requirements

• ▹At least 6 years of experience leading IT projects or working in a PMO
• ▹Knowledge of classic (waterfall) and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• ▹Experience with ERP projects (SAP preferred) or IT infrastructure projects
• ▹Negotiation-level German, good English

Nice to have

• ▹PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI certification
