IT Project Lead – HR or Finance

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, plan and steer IT projects for the HR or Finance departments
• ▹Scope new solutions including decision support and cost-effectiveness calculations
• ▹Ensure project goals are met in terms of scope, quality, time and budget
• ▹Report project results to department heads and the steering committee
• ▹Identify strategic and operational action needs
• ▹Analyze quality, cost and performance potential in logistics processes

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) informatics, economics or comparable, or corresponding vocational training
• ▹Experience in project management or IT, ideally in a consulting environment
• ▹Strong IT affinity and solid process understanding
• ▹Good German and English skills
• ▹Conceptual thinking, execution strength and good communication skills
