Solution Manager (Healthcare IT Solutions)

Responsibilities

• ▹Responsible for operating and further developing existing solutions and projects for the Ministry of Health, downstream agencies, and the federal states (e.g. ELGA)
• ▹Commercial planning, steering, and results control of the solution
• ▹Develop and implement the solution and development strategy
• ▹Support roadmap, release, and milestone planning
• ▹Act as internal client for developments, projects, and operations
• ▹Collaborate with business partner management and operations
• ▹Support the creation of proposals and service descriptions, and resource planning
• ▹Gather and analyze business requirements, maintaining close contact with the customer's business units
• ▹Carry out service-review approvals

Requirements

• ▹Completed higher technical education with an IT focus, ideally in a healthcare context
• ▹Solid experience in IT product and/or project management
• ▹Advanced requirements-analysis skills
• ▹Strong customer and service orientation
• ▹Strategic vision and the ability to motivate, develop, and confidently lead a virtual team in a demanding environment
• ▹Personal strength and composure in handling complex situations, with clear decision-making ability
• ▹Ability to pass (or willingness to undergo) a security clearance under Section 55 of the Security Police Act ("secret" level)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of healthcare industry processes and standards (HL7, IHE, FHIR)

• ▹Gross annual salary starting at EUR 66,806.88 under the BRZ collective agreement (full-time, 38.5 hours/week), with above-scale pay possible based on qualifications and experience
