L2/L3 Technical Support Agent - Italian Speaking
Formlabs is looking for a talented, multilingual L2/L3 Technical Support Agent to serve its growing markets in the EMEA region. The Services team assists direct customers, distributors and resellers by resolving technical issues, investigating machine errors, evaluating printer logs and sharing technical knowledge. The role requires business fluency in both Italian and English, and the necessary technical training on Formlabs printers is provided.
Responsibilities
- ▹Support direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region with technical and business inquiries by phone, email or chat
- ▹Act as an educator: train direct customers and resellers using technical expertise of Formlabs printers
- ▹Help resellers deliver outstanding service to their customers
- ▹Collaborate with the global engineering team on solving technical issues
Requirements
- ▹Business-fluent written and spoken Italian and English
- ▹Ability to quickly resolve technical issues (the necessary technical training is provided)
- ▹Comfortable and conscientious when speaking on the phone
- ▹Exceptional writing skills with proper spelling and grammar
