Robot Process Automation Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, implement and test RPA solutions to automate business processes, from requirements gathering to go-live
• ▹Further develop and optimize existing RPA solutions for stability, performance and maintainability
• ▹Deploy, operate and monitor automation solutions in the KHS UiPath Orchestrator
• ▹Integrate AI-based components (e.g. document processing, generative AI) into RPA processes, including prompt creation and tuning
• ▹Build and continuously improve standardized RPA libraries for cross-department use
• ▹Collaborate with the project team to identify and design new automation opportunities
• ▹Run trainings and workshops to build internal RPA capability

Requirements

• ▹Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• ▹Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or similar
• ▹Experience developing, testing and operating automation solutions
• ▹Strong interest in process automation and new technologies such as AI agents, machine learning and ICR
• ▹Good technical understanding to analyze daily business processes and spot automation potential
• ▹Good German and English
• ▹Hands-on mentality, independent and structured work style

Nice to have

• ▹Good Python/JavaScript programming skills
• ▹Willingness to keep expanding programming skills
