Lead Developer with Architecture Experience – Hybrid

Responsibilities

• ▹Design the software architecture (DDD, Clean Architecture), responsible for the ERP platform's scalability, quality and security
• ▹Technology strategy: evaluate new tools and technologies, drive CI/CD and automated testing, develop the technical roadmap
• ▹Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor), identify automation potential, integrate future topics such as RAG
• ▹Establish code reviews, testing standards and processes
• ▹Provide technical leadership and mentoring for a small team of experienced developers
• ▹Structure collaboration (Scrum/Kanban), steer external partners, act as the bridge between development, product management and leadership

Requirements

• ▹Several years of software development experience, including 1-2 years in a leading role (Tech Lead, Lead Developer) with architecture responsibility
• ▹Hands-on architecture know-how, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• ▹Experience developing web-based business application software, ideally in a commercial/business domain (e.g. ERP, CRM, accounting)
• ▹Experience with object-oriented languages, ideally .NET/C#, as well as Angular, React, MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• ▹Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and AI tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• ▹Leadership experience and ability to provide technical mentoring
• ▹Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
