(Senior) Microsoft 365 Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise customers on planning, developing and optimising modern Microsoft 365 architectures
• ▹Analyse existing M365 environments for architecture, security, governance and optimisation potential
• ▹Develop target pictures, roadmaps and scalable solution architectures for modern workplace and collaboration scenarios
• ▹Translate business requirements into technical concepts and support their implementation through to operations
• ▹Run workshops and produce architecture documents, decision papers and best-practice documentation
• ▹Support presales with proposals and solution approaches, and actively shape standards, blueprints and consulting building blocks in the Modern Workplace portfolio

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in the Microsoft 365 space, ideally in consulting or architecture
• ▹Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
• ▹Experience designing M365 target pictures, architectures and roadmaps
• ▹Good understanding of identity, security, governance and compliance in a Microsoft 365 context
• ▹Ability to capture customer requirements in a structured way and turn them into practical architecture and solution concepts
• ▹Customer-oriented thinking and confident presence with technical and business contacts
• ▹Self-reliant, structured way of working and interest in adjacent Microsoft technologies (e.g. Intune, Purview, Defender, Power Platform, Copilot or cloud security)
• ▹Very good German (at least C1) and good English
