Responsibilities

• ▹Fix and operate mature-stage SAP BTP applications in a dedicated operations team (UI, frontend and backend logic, database model, authorization concept)
• ▹Evaluate and use SAP BTP services
• ▹Drive quality and standards in the engineering community, proposing and discussing innovative solution approaches and improvements
• ▹Follow agile working principles such as CI/CD, test- and design-driven development

Requirements

• ▹Programming skills in Node.js and/or Java, and OData experience
• ▹Relevant professional work experience
• ▹Experience in an agile environment
• ▹Knowledge of Business Application Studio (BAS), HANA DB as a Service on BTP and/or PostgreSQL, XSUAA Service, Destination Service
• ▹Good communication skills, service- and solution-oriented attitude
• ▹High analytical capabilities
• ▹Fluency in English

Nice to have

• ▹German language skills
• ▹Understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
• ▹Experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and SAP UI5 and/or Fiori Elements in a DevOps setting
• ▹Preferred: Launchpad Service (Integration), Transport Management Service, CI/CD Service on BTP, API Management, EventMesh, Workflow Management
