Wolt is hiring a full-time or student part-time (30 hrs/week) Hungarian-speaking Support Associate to join its Support team for the Hungarian region in Budapest, as part of its Country Support. You'll assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone, helping ensure smooth delivery operations. No previous customer service experience is required - Wolt provides training.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Assist customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
  • ▹Help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
  • ▹Work closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve the service

Requirements

  • ▹Professional working proficiency in Hungarian, both in writing and speaking
  • ▹Availability and the right to work in Hungary
  • ▹Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week across different shift types (morning, evening, weekend), as the operation runs 24/7
  • ▹Clear, warm communication with a customer-first mindset
  • ▹Quick learning, ease with multitasking, and enjoyment of a fast-paced environment
