Responsibilities

  • ▹Design and develop modern web applications as a frontend or backend engineer
  • ▹For frontend: build user interfaces with component-oriented frameworks and shared design systems
  • ▹For backend: architect large-scale, multi-tier web applications and develop RESTful web services
  • ▹Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across several countries and cultures
  • ▹Apply testing methodologies and automation (tests, CI/CD)

Requirements

  • ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • ▹Frontend: solid experience with modern component-oriented frameworks such as React and JS ecosystem tooling (TypeScript, GraphQL, CSS-in-JS)
  • ▹Frontend: strong CSS skills and experience with shared design systems
  • ▹Backend: experience architecting large-scale multi-tier web applications and cloud-based architectures (AWS/GCP)
  • ▹Backend: proficiency in one or more languages (Kotlin, Java, Node.js, Golang) and RESTful web service development
  • ▹Backend: experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB
  • ▹Understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis

Nice to have

  • ▹Backend: experience mentoring multidisciplinary engineering teams

Soft skills

Strong communication skills in English (and Portuguese for frontend)Willingness to learn and grow, openness to new experiencesComfort working in an agile environment
