Senior Software Developer (Control Engineering / PLC) – Hybrid

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop control and regulation concepts for state-of-the-art machinery and equipment
• ▹Program machine and plant controls with a focus on drive technology
• ▹Commission control and drive technology at domestic and international customer sites
• ▹Perform fault analysis and troubleshooting on site or via remote support

Requirements

• ▹Degree in automation or electrical engineering, or a comparable technician qualification, with at least 5 years of professional experience
• ▹Solid knowledge of PLC controls, especially Siemens SIMATIC Step7 TIA Portal and Classic
• ▹Know-how in drive technology (e.g. SINAMICS S120/S210/G120)
• ▹Experience implementing safety functions in control and drive technology
• ▹Willingness to travel (approx. 30% domestic & international)
• ▹Very good German and English skills (min. C1)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of other systems such as Allen-Bradley, Bosch Rexroth, Beckhoff
