Responsibilities

• ▹Support technologists in defining relevant process parameters
• ▹Contribute to structuring the process data of the manufacturing equipment
• ▹Help conceptualize the data transmission logic
• ▹Support the modeling of communication interfaces (OPC UA) for manufacturing equipment
• ▹Participate in data validation, plausibility checks and data cleaning

Requirements

• ▹Studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, (business) informatics, natural sciences or a comparable field
• ▹Interest in innovative IT topics at the intersection of process engineering, mechanical engineering, IoT and data analytics
• ▹Confident PLC programming skills (IEC 61131-3), Siemens TIA Portal (SIMATIC STEP 7)
• ▹Very good German and good English

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of OPC UA data modeling (SiOME) and E-Plan
• ▹Prior knowledge of SQL, Python, BI tools and data analytics
