Consultant – Data & Analytics (Microsoft Power BI / Fabric)

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise clients on data strategy and data governance, analyzing their business processes
• ▹Capture business requirements and translate them into actionable concepts for internal development teams
• ▹Design and develop BI solutions such as reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and DAX
• ▹Work with data from Microsoft Dynamics 365, e.g. Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Engagement & Sales
• ▹Design and moderate workshops, alignments, and training sessions for clients
• ▹Work independently to further develop topics around Data Intelligence, BI, Analytics, and Data Governance

Requirements

• ▹Consulting experience and process understanding, able to capture, structure, and translate business requirements into viable solutions
• ▹Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric
• ▹Understanding of data strategy and data governance
• ▹Strong interface and communication skills between business units, clients, and development teams
• ▹Independent, structured way of working
• ▹Very good German and good English skills, willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement & Sales)
• ▹Data engineering understanding (ETL processes, data preparation, transformations, pipelines)
