IT Operations Engineer (m/w/d) Vertragsart: Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) Probezeit: 6 Monate Startdatum: Q1 2026 Ihre Aufgaben - Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der IT-Systeme am Lagerstandort - Wartung, Überwachung und Fehlerbehebung von Servern, Netzwerkkomponenten und Speichersystemen - Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung des WMS (Warehouse Management System) sowie weiterer logistischer Anwendungen - Implementierung von Backup- und Recovery-Strategien gemäß DSGVO - Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen IT-Team zur Lösung komplexer technischer Fragestellungen - 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende vor Ort - Durchführung von IT-Schulungen zur Verbesserung der Systemanwendung Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbar - 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Operations-Umfeld - Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Server und/oder Linux - Kenntnisse in Netzwerkmanagement (Switches, Firewalls, VLAN) - Erfahrung mit WMS-Systemen und Verständnis logistischer Prozesse von Vorteil - Grundkenntnisse in Datenbanken (z. B. SQL Server) - Verständnis für IT-Sicherheitsstandards und Datenschutz (DSGVO) - Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse (Arbeitssprache) - Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d) to support and maintain the IT infrastructure of our new warehouse operation in Germany. Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) Probation Period: 6 months Key Responsibilities • Ensure stable operation of warehouse IT systems • Manage and maintain servers, network equipment, and storage systems • Configure and support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications • Implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies in compliance with GDPR • Collaborate with headquarters IT teams to resolve complex technical issues • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support • Deliver technical training to warehouse staff Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 2–3 years of IT operations experience • Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration • Knowledge of network configuration and security management • Experience supporting WMS systems; understanding of logistics processes preferred • Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL Server) • Strong awareness of IT security and data protection compliance (GDPR) • Fluent German or English (working language) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
