Responsibilities

• ▹Support the technical end-to-end monitoring of IT infrastructure components across Germany, focusing on network and data center infrastructure
• ▹Ensure smooth operation and further development of the monitoring and reporting infrastructure
• ▹Identify events in monitoring and trigger proactive and reactive measures
• ▹Develop and implement automation solutions for monitoring
• ▹Provide technical consulting on implementing sensors and checks when introducing new system landscapes
• ▹Build harmonized reporting aligned with agreed KPIs and SLAs

Requirements

• ▹Degree in computer science or a related field, or completed training as an IT specialist with several years of experience
• ▹At least 3 years of professional experience in IT/information systems
• ▹Experience in monitoring, reporting, and analysis of IT system landscapes
• ▹Experience with monitoring tools such as CheckMK, Grafana, DynaTrace, BMC Discovery, and automation (e.g. Ansible)
• ▹Knowledge of Unix, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• ▹Fluent German and English
