IT System Engineer (Microsoft)

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise on, design, and implement infrastructure in the Microsoft environment
• ▹Support customers and their systems in ongoing operations
• ▹Handle troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support
• ▹Further develop customer infrastructures
• ▹Take responsibility for migration and operation of complex system environments
• ▹Lead IT project management and account management for existing customers

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment (Exchange, SQL, M365/O365, ideally Azure)
• ▹Knowledge of virtualization technologies, mainly Hyper-V, ideally VMware vSphere
• ▹Experience planning and implementing IT projects
• ▹Knowledge of IT service operations, ideally ITIL V3
• ▹Very good German and English skills

Nice to have

• ▹ITIL V3 knowledge
• ▹VMware vSphere experience
