IT Project Manager (Linux)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead exciting projects using modern technologies, with a focus on Linux
• ▹Advise on, design, and implement Linux systems and environments, both classic VMs and modern container setups
• ▹Automate with Ansible, Terraform, and other modern tools
• ▹Perform performance measurements, analysis, monitoring, and tuning
• ▹Handle troubleshooting
• ▹Apply your expertise to operating these environments

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience implementing and operating Linux systems, with good knowledge of RedHat and Ubuntu
• ▹Enthusiasm for automating recurring tasks and working with modern container environments using Terraform and Ansible
• ▹Knowledge of IT service operations, ideally ITIL V3
• ▹Enjoyment of building, migrating, and operating complex system environments
• ▹Acting as a mentor for colleagues
• ▹Very good German and English
