IT Demand & Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Capture, analyze and document requirements from the foreign subsidiaries in a structured way
• ▹Assess feasibility and cost, and check whether standards or existing solutions already exist
• ▹Coordinate with internal business departments for further implementation
• ▹Work closely with IT departments, compliance and project teams to move solutions forward together
• ▹Actively advise on existing IT services and help find tailored solutions

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT training or degree, or comparable practical experience
• ▹A structured, detail-oriented way of working and a good sense for relevant connections
• ▹Enjoyment in questioning, organizing and technically translating requirements
• ▹Confident presence even in unclear situations, and persistence
• ▹Good IT understanding (e.g. cloud, infrastructure, software solutions) that you can explain clearly to non-technical people
• ▹Clear, audience-appropriate communication: very confident German, solid English
