IT Consultant - M365

Responsibilities

• ▹analyze business processes and requirements, and design innovative IT solutions based on them
• ▹advise on complex digital solutions in the Microsoft Cloud and hybrid environment, develop tailored implementation strategies
• ▹run consulting and design workshops, present technical concepts
• ▹accompany or lead IT projects from concept through implementation
• ▹actively contribute to the internal M365 community by sharing best practices

Requirements

• ▹completed IT vocational training or degree, or many years of equivalent professional experience
• ▹several years of experience with M365 / Microsoft Cloud solutions
• ▹confident handling of M365 product management, compliance and security policies, and the M365 licensing portfolio
• ▹negotiation-level (at least B2-C1) German and good English
• ▹analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, team player
