IT Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹act as technical advisor and subject-matter expert for OEM customers on digitalization and semi-automated process mapping
• ▹coordinate delivery of complex OEM platform projects from first contact through rollout to the production environment
• ▹guide the customer through configuration, technical implementation, customizing and acceptance, keeping full oversight of projects
• ▹align requirements with the development team following defined agile processes
• ▹support the interdisciplinary team in evaluating and resolving customer requests in 2nd-level support

Requirements

• ▹completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training
• ▹negotiation-level German and good English

Nice to have

• ▹prior experience in software project management and agile approaches (e.g. SCRUM)
• ▹knowledge of cloud-based solutions
