Senior Data Engineer - Analytics
Pennylane, one of the fastest-growing fintechs in France, is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join its Self Service Analytics team, part of the data engineering community (20+ people) within the Data department (50+ people). You will collaborate with data analysts to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable models and data services, modeling data as a product across a medallion architecture in the data lake, and building and maintaining the data analytics platform.
Responsibilities
- ▹Collaborate with data analysts to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable models and data services
- ▹Model data as a product and shape how it is structured in the data lake across the medallion architecture
- ▹Build and maintain the data analytics platform, handling data ingestion, validation and establishing data as a core part of production systems
- ▹Contribute to data governance initiatives, maintaining the data catalogue and upholding high standards of data quality and compliance
- ▹Design and implement data solutions, including ETL pipelines, batch processing systems and data warehousing
- ▹Work alongside data engineering teams focused on streaming and infrastructure, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
Requirements

- ▹Sufficiently experienced to prioritize business-led actions in day-to-day activity
