What should you bring along? - University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable qualifications. - At least three years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models in a business or industrial setting. - Proven success in bringing models from research or prototype stage into productive, value-generating operations. Experienced in working within agile, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and delivery focus. - Strong expertise in any or all of the following fields: prediction and perception, planning, end-to-end learning, vision-language-action models, world models for driving, reinforcement learning, fine-tuning of vision-language-models, machine learning safety concepts. - Hands-on experience with Python-based ML stacks and production environments (training, inference, monitoring). - Thorough understanding of automated driving functions and their typical software stack. - Very good written and spoken English skills.
