Pennylane is a fast-growing French fintech building a financial Operating System for SMEs and accounting firms. As a full-stack engineer you join the Growth Team within the Marketing website squad, working with the growth engineer team lead. Your main mission focuses on global scaling, intelligent automation and high-velocity experimentation to optimize acquisition and conversion across markets.
Responsibilities
- ▹Build and refine infrastructure supporting internationalization (multi-language, localized user journeys)
- ▹Design and deploy AI-driven tools and automated workflows to streamline lead acquisition
- ▹Implement and enhance visitor tracking systems to turn raw data into growth levers
- ▹Design and develop robust APIs for seamless data flow with the fintech ecosystem
- ▹Launch high-velocity projects: A/B tests, white-label integrations, predictive lead scoring, optimized funnels
- ▹Maintain and optimize the public website and registration funnels for peak conversion
Requirements
- ▹At least 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- ▹Mastery of Ruby on Rails
- ▹Ability to leverage AI tools (LLMs, Copilots) and automation to work faster
- ▹Fluent in French and English (B2/C1)
- ▹Adaptability to an ever-shifting startup environment

- ▹Proficiency in a JS framework (Vue/Nuxt)
- ▹German language skills
