Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinate development and maintenance efforts
• ▹Act as a link between business needs and technical solutions
• ▹Keep close dialogue with users and stakeholders to identify needs and collect improvement suggestions
• ▹Take part in developing the ServiceDesk platform's processes, forms, workflows and integrations
• ▹Configure and customise system support
• ▹Do simpler programming, scripting and automation
• ▹Hands-on systems development and systems maintenance

Requirements

• ▹University degree in information systems, computer science, IT or other education the employer considers equivalent
• ▹Basic knowledge of systems development and programming
• ▹Good understanding of how information systems, digital services and business processes work
• ▹Good written and spoken Swedish
• ▹Good knowledge of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with case management or ITSM systems, such as ServiceDesk solutions
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, automation and integrations
• ▹Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript or Python
• ▹Experience with agile ways of working or in the public sector
