Responsibilities

• ▹Software design and planning, system architecture
• ▹Full stack web application development
• ▹Build and maintain agentic AI capabilities, with highly automated solutions that save users from manual work
• ▹Discover the most valuable opportunities, then define, validate and deliver solutions
• ▹Drive experiments to test different solutions

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of professional experience developing and managing B2B SaaS web applications in a cloud environment
• ▹At least 1 year of experience building agentic AI capabilities in web applications
• ▹Enjoy working with both backend and frontend code, with a strong interest in DevOps and system management
• ▹Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Elm, Elixir, Node.js, AWS, MongoDB and related web development technologies, as well as AWS Bedrock and other services for building AI agents
• ▹Proficient user of AI-based coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor or Codex, with experience optimising your workflow and creating skills
• ▹Proven experience picking up new technologies, with an adaptable and pragmatic approach
• ▹Prefer pair programming and collaborating with your team at the office
• ▹Comfortable communicating in English
• ▹Living in or around Malmö or willingness to commute (office-first working environment)
