Senior Requirements Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Hold the dialogue with the customer on requirements, expectations and acceptance
• ▹Interpret, structure and formulate requirements at overall system level
• ▹Ensure requirements are verifiable and traceable throughout the project
• ▹Identify conflicting requirements and initiate technical trade-offs
• ▹Define the acceptance approach early and link requirements to acceptance criteria
• ▹Handle requirements related to ILS, safety, non-functional requirements and relevant regulations
• ▹Lead and facilitate workshops with the customer and external parties
• ▹Support the technical project manager and collaborate with system architecture and verification functions
• ▹Step in already at the tender (RFQ) stage to make the customer's requirements clear, realistic and feasible

Requirements

• ▹Experience in requirements management
• ▹Understanding of the processes and structure of requirements work
• ▹Ability to drive dialogue with the customer and different technical functions
• ▹Ability to work at system level and look beyond details
• ▹Experience with requirements management tools
• ▹Experience in technical projects with large and complex sets of requirements
• ▹Good English, spoken and written
• ▹Security clearance according to applicable rules; some positions may carry specific citizenship requirements

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from military or defence-related contexts
• ▹Experience working in DOORS
