Responsibilities

• ▹Implement new solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment, mainly SharePoint and Teams
• ▹Work with Power Platform, Business Central and Copilot
• ▹Help customers understand how AI can be used in practice and what actually creates value
• ▹Challenge established ways of working, explore new possibilities and help customers get more out of the tools they already have

Requirements

• ▹Understanding of AI and how AI agents can create value for customers and users
• ▹Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, mainly SharePoint and Teams
• ▹Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
• ▹Location: Malmö or Gothenburg

Nice to have

• ▹Some familiarity with Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, Business Central or Power BI
• ▹Experience working close to the business, or a role combining technology, processes and user needs
