Developer Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and operate platform services for development teams
• ▹Automate processes and infrastructure following Everything-as-Code principles
• ▹Provide runtime support for infrastructure and services
• ▹Support and coach development teams on technical questions
• ▹Contribute to technical roadmaps and platform improvements
• ▹Run and further develop CI/CD flows and developer tooling
• ▹Drive improvements in automation, stability and efficiency

Requirements

• ▹At least five years of relevant work experience, of which at least three in enterprise-level production environments
• ▹Strong programming skills, for example Bash, Python, Java or TypeScript
• ▹Deep understanding of CI/CD, automation and cloud-based infrastructure
• ▹Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Linux environments
• ▹Knowledge of event-driven and serverless architecture
• ▹AWS: CloudFormation, CDK, SAM, EC2, ECS, IAM, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge
• ▹CI/CD: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Jenkins
• ▹Automation: Packer, Ansible, Chef, Docker, Git
• ▹Databases: DynamoDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
