Platform Manager, Integration Reengineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the full platform lifecycle of the enterprise integration technologies
• ▹Define the path forward for the legacy landscape and drive adoption of the Common Technology Foundation
• ▹Ensure stable operations, lifecycle management and continuous improvement of the platform landscape
• ▹Make balanced decisions between transformation, operational stability, technical debt reduction and lifecycle management
• ▹Lead teams and remove friction with a Platform-as-a-Product mindset
• ▹Grow high-performing teams through competence development and succession planning

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience in platforms, architecture, service management and digital product development
• ▹Practical use of frameworks such as Agile, DevOps, ITIL and TOGAF
• ▹Understanding of what it takes to run business-critical enterprise platforms at scale
• ▹Communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Strong understanding of platforms, architecture and technology ecosystems across cloud, on-prem and hybrid environments
• ▹Proven experience owning, operating, maintaining and transforming enterprise integration platforms in production environments
• ▹Software engineering at scale: API-first design, event-based architecture, API Gateways, Legacy-to-Cloud strangler patterns
• ▹Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams and drive organisational change
