Senior IT Project Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and coordinate technical AI and IT initiatives
• ▹Drive the project from idea, need and requirements to implementation and operation
• ▹Translate business needs into clear requirements, activities and deliverables
• ▹Coordinate business, IT specialists, architects and information security
• ▹Ensure structure, progress and quality in the project's deliveries
• ▹Manage risks, dependencies and priorities
• ▹Drive issues related to compliance and AI governance
• ▹Help establish a long-term operational capability for AI
• ▹Develop ways of working for management, monitoring and incident handling
• ▹Contribute to processes for lifecycle management and security
• ▹Ensure AI solutions can move from project to stable, controlled operation
• ▹Communicate complex technical issues clearly and in a business-oriented way

Requirements

• ▹Competence level 4, which normally means roughly 9-12 years of experience in the field
• ▹Documented experience leading technical IT projects
• ▹Good understanding of AI
• ▹Good understanding of generative AI
• ▹Experience of or good understanding of data-driven solutions
• ▹Used to coordinating many different competences and stakeholders
• ▹Able to create structure and progress in technically complex initiatives
• ▹Able to make complex technical issues understandable and drive decisions forward

Nice to have

• ▹Experience of AI projects in larger organisations
• ▹Experience establishing AI/MLOps or an equivalent operational capability
• ▹Experience in information security
• ▹Experience in AI governance
• ▹Experience from regulated industries
• ▹Experience from technology-intensive operations
