Position Overview Provide technical leadership for migration of manufacturing/shopfloor applications.  Key Responsibilities Lead technical architecture and migration strategy. Guide developers, integration teams, and testing efforts. Ensure security, performance, and deployment readiness. 8+ years software delivery experience with leadership responsibility. Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems, integrations, APIs, cloud environments preferred. Required Qualifications Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting digital transformation initiatives.
